This week we experienced a glitch with our system and Steve was right here checking out the system and providing superior service. Just knowing that whenever I called there is a PERSON at the end of the line provides such comfort. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J alarms to anyone.

I've been a B&J Custom Alarms customer for 32 years, and I've been very happy with everything: installation, monitoring and system upgrades. I bought the house new and it was wired by Bill, the original owner, who completed installation of the motion and door sensors and 2 keypads after I closed on the house. When Steve became the owner 12 years ago, I continued to experience B&J's flawless, professional monitoring service, which gives me such peace of mind! Last week, Steve came to replace the system (it was 32 years old, after all!) and swapped out the keypads, replaced resistors in the motions and enabled and tested all the zones. We also learned that we could add a smart phone integration feature if we so chose. We got a quick lesson on how to use the new system and are STILL very pleased with B&J Alarms. I recommend them without hesitation!

We have had alarm protection with B&J Alarms for over 30 years and have been VERY happy with them. They protected us at our old house and now in our condo. They have stayed current as technology has improved and changed over the years, and have made sure that we are kept current as well. Being able to reach a person via phone and/or text immediately if/when an issues arises is sooo important to us, and it brings peace of mind knowing that we have this level of communication available to us. Highly recommend B&J Alarms to anyone in need of their services!
